The "Manual for the Nucleus" contains the objectives and the description of Nucleus activities, their possible results and recommendations for the counsellor. 

All these activities have been carried out by Nuclei in practice.

We are continuously updating the Manual with a long list of activities of different sectors and types.

Internal Activities of a Nucleus

A.1  A member of a Nucleus of the same or another sector explains how his Nucleus works and the experiences gained by its members
